Mentoring Software Models QA

In structured programs, the program manager determines the topics for meetings and ensures different contents, forms, and surveys appear at each meeting.

Therefore, if a program manager designs a program with five meetings, mentors and mentees can schedule a total of five meetings using the platform.

In freestyle programs, mentors and mentees arrange their meetings directly without selecting a specific topic. Each meeting will only have a feedback form, and the same questions are always visible in all meetings.

Group mentoring is a method where mentees always meet with their mentors in a group setting.

“For example, in an entrepreneurship program, you can consider startups as groups.”

In group mentoring programs, mentees are members of a group, and meetings are conducted between the group and the mentee.

If a mentor or mentee schedules a meeting, that meeting is created for the group. All members of the group are expected to attend that meeting.

When a meeting is scheduled, approval from group members is not required.

Therefore, it is important for mentees who want to schedule a meeting for their group to communicate with other group members in advance.

When a meeting is created, all group members receive a calendar invitation, and all members of the group can access the meeting page and take meeting notes.

Everyone in the group is equal.

You can design the mentor selection process for mentees as you wish.

Mentor-approved:
You can allow mentees to send pairing requests to mentors and enable mentors to choose the mentee they want.

No mentor approval required:
You can enable immediate pairing as soon as mentees select a mentor.

You can add specific rules for both alternatives.

For example: Mentees cannot select a mentor from their own department.

You can add completely customizable rules.

Our mentoring software offers solutions for all matching methods.

Manual matching:
You can individually assign the mentees you want to the mentors of your choice.

Matching by uploading an Excel spreadsheet:
You can upload your matching list and pair all mentors and mentees in bulk.

Automatic matching:

You can enable automatic pairing of mentors and mentees based on rules you define. You can add an unlimited number of rules.

A reverse mentor actually represents a user with mentee characteristics. In this case, a reverse mentee becomes a user with mentor characteristics.

For example, if mentors in a program are given the permission to create meetings, a reverse mentee would also be able to create meetings.

In short, reverse mentor = mentee.
